Морские вши Lepeophtheirus salmonis как потенциальный источник заражения рыб в аквакультуре бактериальными болезнями

Аннотация
Цель исследований – изучение микробиоты содержимого морских вшей и оценка их роли как переносчиков возбудителей бактериальных болезней лососевых рыб в аквакультуре.
Материалы и методы. Исследование выполнено в 2024–2025 гг. в рамках изучения распространения возбудителей паразитарных и бактериальных болезней рыб в аквакультуре. Для анализа использовали только живых особей Lepeophtheirus salmonis, а также атлантического лосося (Salmo salar) и радужную форель (Oncorhynchus mykiss) после снятия прикрепленных паразитов для микробиологического исследования по стандартным для морской аквакультуры методикам. Для первичного скрининга все взятые образцы высевали на накопительные питательные среды, для дифференциации – на селективные; морфологические и биохимические свойства изолятов определяли в соответствии со схемами, изложенными в «Руководстве по определению бактерий» и «Определителе нетривиальных патогенных грамотрицательных бактерий». Полимеразную цепную реакцию (ПЦР) проводили с использованием праймеров, разработанных ранее.
Результаты и обсуждение. При анализе 59 объединенных образцов лососевых рыб нами выделено три вида бактерий: Vibrio salmonicida, Tenacibaculum maritimum и Listonella (Vibrio) anguillarum. Из них два вида потенциально опасные возбудители болезни Хитра (холодноводного вибриоза) и классического вибриоза. Из внутреннего содержимого морских вшей, собранных с тех же самых рыб, были выявлены аналогичные возбудители (в 79% случаев). Видовая принадлежность дополнительно подтверждена молекулярно-биологическими методами. Установлена корреляция между циркуляцией возбудителя в популяции рыб и у паразитирующих на них рачках.
