Материалом для разработки способа борьбы с городским подвальным комаром Culex pipiens pipiens f. molestus послужили экспериментальные исследования, выполненные в 2015–2017 гг. в лаборатории арахноэнтомологии ФГБНУ ЯНИИСХ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Лов самок комаров Culex pipiens pipiens f. molestus после кровососания и созревания яиц в матке проводят по положительной трофике откладки яиц на теплую воду. Для этого сосуд с плоским дном с площадью от 0,09 до 1 м2 наполняют прозрачной невысыхающей клеящей жидкостью, подогретой выше 10°С. Самки комаров садятся на прозрачную клеящую жидкость и прилипают.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of the research is aimed at the development of a method to control basement mosquitoes in residential premises and basements of cities and towns without use of insecticides.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The materials that contributed to the development of a method to control Culex pipiens pipiens f. molestus basement mosquitoes in cities and towns were experimental studies performed in 2015–2017 at the arachno-entomology laboratory of the Yakut Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Culex pipiens pipiens f. molestus female mosquitoes are caught after blood sucking and egg maturation by positive oviposition in warm water. For this purpose, a flat-bottomed container with area 0.09–1 m2 is filled with clear nondrying liquid adhesive preheated over 10°С.
