Объектом исследования служили трематоды F. hepatica, взятые через 24 ч из печени спонтанно инвазированных овец после введения триклабендазола в дозе 10 мг/кг. Трематод фиксировали в растворе метилового спирта и ледяной уксусной кислоты в соотношении 3 : 1, а затем в 70%-ном спирте. Материал обрабатывали по общепринятой гистологической методике и заливали в парафин. Срезы толщиной 5–7 мкм окрашивали гистологическими и гистохимическими методами и изучали в световом микроскопе.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Морфофункциональные исследования тегумента и кишечника F. hepatica – органов, которые первыми воспринимают антигельминтик, показали их глубокие структурные изменения после действия триклабендазола. Действию антигельминтика подвергается и паренхима – ткань внутренней среды, которая служит системой, регулирующей обменные процессы и гомеостаз организма паразита. Продукты распада паренхимы повышают токсические свойства антигельминтика и его метаболитов, и в совокупности это оказывает более выраженное воздействие на репродуктивные органы, в том числе и на матку с яйцами.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of the research is to study morphofunctional changes in tegument, intestines and parenchyma of Fasciola hepatica after triclabendazole influence.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The objects of the research were F. hepatica, taken from the liver of spontaneously infected sheep in 24 hours after triclabendazole influence at a dose of 10 mg/kg. Trematodes were fixed in methyl alcohol and glacial acetic acid solution at the ratio 3 : 1, and then in 70% alcohol. The material was treated by the generally accepted histologic procedure and submerged into paraffin. Sections with thickness 5–7 mkm were dyed with histological and histochemical methods and were studied in a light microscope.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Morphofunctional research of tegument and intestines of F. hepatica – organs which perceived anthelminthic first, showed its deep structural changes after triclabendazole influence. Parenchyma – a tissue of internal environment, which is a system regulating parasite’s organism metabolic processes and homeostasis is also exposed to anthelminthic influence.
