Установлены различия в реактивности кроликов к антигенам соматических экстрактов из половозрелых Dirofilaria immitis и Setaria labiato-papillosa в ИФР различным титром специфиче- ских антител и уровнем оптической плотности (ОП). Показатели ОП в гомологичном варианте ИФР с ги- периммунными сыворотками к антигенам экстракта из D. immitis и S. labiato-papillosa были выше, чем в ге- терологичной системе. При сопоставлении показате- лей ОП в обоих вариантах ИФР установлено, что более 50 % синтезируемых антител у кроликов, иммунизи- рованных белковыми экстрактами из дирофилярий и сетарий, вступают в реакцию антиген-антитело с гете- рологичным антигеном. В результате последующего иммунохимического анализа белковых экстрактов из обоих видов паразитов с сыворотками зараженных D. immitis собак определили наличие в экстракте из S. labiato-papillosa диагностически значимых антигенных компонентов при дирофиляриозе. Половозрелых S. labiato-papillosa можно использовать в качестве источ- ника антигена при дирофиляриозе собак</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Immunoenzymatic reaction (IER) widely used for immunodiagnosis and sero- epizootic studies of helminthosis could be applied as a method for determination of antigen affinity between different kinds of helminths on the base of antigen- antibody reaction (heterologous and homologous) using hyperimmune sera for each type. Differences of reactivity in rabbits to antigens of somatic extracts from pubescent Dirofilaria immitis and Setaria labiato-papillosa are determined, that has been proved in IER by different titers of specific antibodies and level of optical density (OD). OD values in homologous antigen-antibody reaction (IER) in both cases: hyperimmune sera to antigen of extracts from D. immitis as well as from S. labiato-papillosa were higher than in heterologous system. By comparison of OD values in both IER variations it was determined that more that 50 % of synthesized antibodies in rabbits immunized with enzyme extracts from D. immitis and S. la- biato-papillosa undergo the reaction antigen-antibody with a heterologous antigen. According to results of the coming immunochemical analysis of enzyme extracts from both types of parasites along with sera from dogs infected with D. immitis is determined that the antigen components important for diagnosis of dog's dirofila- riasis are presented in extract from S. labiato-papillosa.
